We immerse ourselves in your project, working with you throughout the day in a series of collaborative sessions to thoroughly understand all your issues, to consider the appropriate options, and to develop the solution that works best for you.

1. You email photos of the property to us and we set the date with you for your VPD Intensive.
2. The day starts off with a conference call with all appropriate decision-makers and stakeholders to discuss the ideas and specifics for the project, such as building height, property setbacks, design style, challenges, and preferences.
3. During the day, you will need to be available for a series of online conferences where you will be able to actually see the designer's computer screen and interact in real time, deciding issues such as the size and shape of the building, finishes, colors, etc.
4. At the end of the day, we'll email a preliminary design concept based on your input and our expertise. Once approved, we will create photo-realistic renderings, which we will email within 4 days of our workshop.
