This rural property looked like a teardown but was found structurally sound. The client decided to remodel the building and requested two VPD concepts in a rustic architectural style.

The EDOBA team was given the approximate building measurements, lot size, and photos of the property. We redesigned the existing structure, giving each concept a full second floor over the market portion of the building, and a new entry for the existing post office.
