When placing an order to modify a building exterior, we will need the following:

• Building measurements (including existing ceiling heights)
• Building style such as modern, contemporary, traditional, rustic, mediterranean
• (see our Exterior Styles page for more information)
• Building restrictions (such as height restrictions, setbacks, etc.)
• Photos of the property and view to be seen out of windows or doors (please be sure to send high quality photos)

That's it! Once ordered, you will receive a VPD showing an updated exterior of your property within 3 to 5 days.

  $95   Single image of the exterior placed in the property photo using a stock building

            (stock buildings would be used for tear-down types of properties)
$300+ Single image of a custom designed building and placed in the property photo

            (complex exterior facades are a factor in pricing)
$600+ Multiple custom designed buildings placed in the property photo

Interior VPDs of buildings can also be created to show potential clients the views they would have once the VPD of the exterior is complete.  Pricing is as follows:

 
  $95   Single photo-quality image of an interior room
  $75   Per image of the exterior or an interior room as seen from alternate angles
