The building was originally a hotel that had undergone numerous renovations to the facade over the years.  Since the area was beginning to undergo gentrification, there was interest in the building; however, the property remained on the market. The agent suggested that the owners have a VPD created to show what could be done with the it.

The EDOBA team was given the building measurements and photos of the property. We updated the facade using an architectural style and materials compatible with the surrounding buildings. With the VPD concepts, the owners received a full price offer for the property the following month.
